We recruit primarily for the Energy, Power Generation, Power
Transmission, Engineering, Telecom, Construction,
Manufacturing, and Information Technology related
industries.
What type of positions do you
recruit for?
The positions we staff range from corporate executives and
plant managers to technicians and administrative staff.
Do your recruiters work locally,
nationally, and internationally?
Yes, our recruiters staff positions throughout the United
States and North America. Most of our business is in the
United States; however, we staff a significant amount of
positions globally.
How long will it take to fill my
job?
Timing to fill a job varies with the position, skills,
salary and location. But we will ensure the resumes of
qualified candidates are delivered to you within the minimum
time required to complete a job search. We have a unique
access to quality candidates. We interview and screen our
candidates so you only see the resumes of those who match
the requirements of the position. We don’t submit candidates
who are not qualified for the position you are filling.
What is the fee for your services?
EnTech primarily works on a contingency basis. You are not
charged a fee until we fill your job opening with a
candidate that meets your needs. Our fees are typically a
percentage of the first year salary. However, we also have
the flexibility of working within special circumstances and
needs of our customers such as on a retained basis.
How do you find the candidates?
EnTech’s candidates come from a variety of sources:
referrals, networking leads, our own database, candidates
collected through our website, industry conferences and
advertisements. We find interested candidates through
targeted e-mails and phone calls. We also source other
industryspecific and national resume databases. We DO NOT
raid other companies for personnel. All our candidates are
actively or passively seeking employment.
Are your searches confidential?
Yes. We respect the fact recruitment must be handled with
extreme sensitivity. All of your searches and search
criteria will remain confidential. Be assured we will
respect your wishes regarding confidentiality.
Do you talk with the candidates
before sending their resumes to me?
EnTech always talks with the candidate before submitting the
resume to you. It is part of our prescreening process. We
only submit the resumes of qualified candidates to your
position.
How do I proceed when I see a
resume I like?
Let us know and we will arrange everything for you. It is
part of our service to coordinate all the interviews and to
finalize the deal for you.
Do you negotiate the job offer with
the candidate?
We can. Or you can do it. The choice is yours.
Who pays for the interview
expenses?
The hiring company covers all of a candidate’s interview
related expenses directly with the candidate. These expenses
could include travel, car rental, meals, and overnight
accommodations.
What is the guarantee on a
candidate I hire through your service?
We offer a guarantee on all of our
direct-hire candidates. Our guarantee is clearly specified
in our fee agreement.
Can we post positions on your
website?
Not at this time. Future enhancement of our site will
support this function. Any job openings that you would like
us to work on should be emailed to:

How long have you been in business?
EnTech Resources opened its doors in March of 2006; however,
our staff has over 30 years of collective recruiting
experience.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters are in the southeastern USA a few miles
north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, Georgia.
